Covertekst

Goldfish looks around the run-down Cleveland city street perfectly convinced that it has not changed a brick since 1952. Wednesday afternoon and it's a virtual ghost town, so quiet that the buss and the click of the traffic light switching is consuming.

He approaches Rusty's billiard room, decorated with a weather beaten, old-style painted sign and a large neon cue ball that has been turned on for as long as Goldfish can remember. With his ratty leather coat lightly flapping behind him, he slips inside.

This short story originally appeared in the form of prose in the Goldfish graphic novel, published by Image Comics
It has been adapted by Kristof Spaey with the permission of the author, Brian Michael Bendis.
